This is your opportunity to be involved in an extensive electronic survey undertaken by Dr Helen Hayward-Brown. Many of you would be aware of Dr Hayward-Brown’s doctoral research in this area. She is a trusted researcher with specialised knowledge about parents’ experiences.
If you wish to take part in this anonymous survey you only need to
go to website address: http://surveys.uws.edu.au/msbp/FA.asp.
The survey is easily completed on-line. Further information about the survey, the project and Dr Hayward-Brown is available at this address.
It is important that the experiences of parents who believe they have been falsely accused of MSBP are documented. This research is significant because it is being completed under the auspices of a respected research centre – the Social Justice and Social Change Research Centre at the University of Western Sydney.
It would be worthwhile for you to spend a little time completing the survey. The goal of the project is to identify, more closely, parents’ beliefs and experiences in relation to allegations and the consequent effects on families. It is hoped that there will be responses over a number of different continents.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU COMPLETE THE SURVEY BY JULY 13 (mid-day EST), 2005, WHEN IT WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE UNIVERSITY WEBSITE.
