Earl Howe’s address to the second United Campaigns Against False Allegations of Abuse conference 9th November 2002 told of how he became involved in this “parallel world” when in the summer of 2000 he had a letter from a woman in North London (this letter was the transcript of a Home Truths interview – see published articles folder on this site).
He told of Parliamentary Initiatives by himself and Claire Curtis Thomas MP and expressed his personal commitment to seeing this issue through to the end.
