The Right to Quiet Enjoyment of Family Life, Jan Loxley Blount, published in "Choice in Education" September 2002 and handed out to participants at the second United Campaigns Against False Allegations of Abuse conference in Conway Hall, Red Lion Square, Holborn, London, 9th November 2002.
Jan Loxley Blount’s article for "Choice in Education" argues that families of chronically sick and disabled children should have the same right to quiet enjoyment of family life enjoyed by families without illness and disability.
The article tells how Jan got involved in campaigning on behalf of falsely accused families.
It mentions the case of P.C & S v UK case in the European Court of Human Rights in the summer of 2002, which can be (and already has been) used to prevent Social Services taking an unborn child into care at birth.
A web link to this ruling will be inserted on this site as soon as we are able to do so.
